Cataclysm: Even More Goodies!
The list of “Mounts and/or Pets NightSkye wants for Cataclysm” is just getting longer and longer! Thanks to MMO-Champion for these next few goodies I want to talk about. There are two achievements players will be able to get in Cataclysm that give very nice dragon mounts:
If you are going for the Glory of the Cataclysm Raider you will be able to receive the Reins of the Drake of the East Wind. This achievement requires the player to “Complete every Cataclysm Raid achievement and at least 4 protodrakes of various flavors.” This still shows up as a Work in Progress so I am not 100% if this will be the final achievement. Make sure to check out the video! All I can say is that if having 4 different kinds of proto drakes is required then I am in trouble. If you haven’t been able to tell from my many posts – I have rotten luck. I don’t have the blue proto, I don’t have the green proto (even though I’ve been doing it since 2 weeks after Wrath came out and I STILL don’t have one), my guild at the time couldn’t do the Ulduar proto’s or the Naxx protos (not sure if current guild would bother now to do them), and then that just leaves the Time Lost Proto and….we won’t talk about how many times I’ve logged in to see it killed…. *grumbles*
The next achievement is Glory of the Cataclysm Hero that will require players to “Complete every Cataclysm Dungeon achievement.” to receive the Reins of the Volcanic Stone Drake. Make sure to check out the video!
Finally we have the camels, it’s not 100% known where or how to get these little guys but they will be ours for the taking. Until then enjoy looking at them as much as I did!
